ANGELES CITY, Pampanga — A prominent businessman here sought police protection as he fears for his life and to his family believing that their lives are in danger after some unidentified suspicious looking persons stalking him and his daughter in separate occasions, the recent was early part of November this year.
Jeffrey Dizon, 48, the oldest son of Real Estate Developer, the late Tomas Dizon, a resident of Angeles City sought the help of Central Luzon’s top cop Police Brig. General Valeriano De Leon as he realized that he needs police protection for the safety of him and his family’s lives.
It was learned that early this year in different occasions on February and March, a failed assassination attempt spares his life after he was allegedly shot several times while he was at the front of his house, leaving him unhurt as he luckily survived.
He reported the incident with the police and had it recorded for future references.
Dizon, after the horrifying moment, offered P3 million cash to anyone who can provide the identity and information leading to the arrest of suspected assailant believed to be responsible in the said two murder try.
De Leon immediately instructed Angeles City police to dig deeper into the case and ensure the safety of Dizon.
Just recently, it was learned that Dizon was with his daughter and another staff when he noticed that unidentified persons taking pictures and videos at them while inside a dining shop at Clark. The incident took place on Nov. 7.
“Police Investigator said the incident was part of a ‘casing’ and a clear indication of pre-attack and that the threat is real and imminent.,” Dizon said.
He added that sometime on April while he was at a mall with his daughter when they noticed two persons tailing them.
“Right now, I do not know who my enemies are, I do not know who are the people trying to kill me.” said Dizon adding that the only dispute he is involved with is all about the family corporation.
Dizon however dismissed involvement of his siblings in the ‘kill plot’ “I have no suspects as of this moment.”
