A ROLLBACK on the prices of petroleum products is in the offing by next week.
According to oil industry sources, the price of diesel may go down between P6.30 to P6.50 per liter.
On the other hand, gasoline prices is seen to decline from P5.70 to about P5.90 or almost P6 perl liter.
Usually, movements in oil prices is done every Tuesday, and if ever, this will be the second consecutive week that a price rollback will be implemented by oil firms after weeks of price increases.
The Department of Energy (DOE) earlier announced that there will be a big-time rollback in the prices of petroleum products by next week due to various issues the global trading market is currently facing.
