A NEW batch of COVID-19 vaccines from China arrived this morning, September 13, 2021 via Philippine Airlines Flight PR361 at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2,
National Task Force Against COVID-19 Chief Implementer and vaccine czar Secretary Carlito Galvez Jr. said the delivery of Sinovac vaccines is going steady, “Later we are expecting more vaccine deliveries from Pfizer, AstraZeneca and Moderna.”
He said this latest batch of Sinovac vaccines is part of the 12 million doses negotiated and procured by the government from Sinovac.
“There will also be an additional 12 million doses for September and another 10 million by October,” Galvez said in an interview upon arrival of the vaccines this morning.
