Two bronze, one silver haul for Team PHL in Vietnam SEA Games

TWO more bronze medals and one silver medal were added to the Philippine medal haul during the ongoing Southeast Asian Games in Vietnam.

The Philippines bets placed second during the Rowing Lightweight Men’s Double Sculls, while the two bronzes were courtesy of the Pencak Silat Men’s Seni Regu category and Women’s Rowing Quadruple sculls events.

The Philippine team earlier earned its first gold medal in the games through Francine Padios, who lorded over the competition at the Pencak Silat Women’s Tungal Single event.

The country’s bets continue its quest in the 31st Southeast Asian Games in Hanoi, Vietnam with its participation in the Women and Men’s Chess, Kurash and Beach Handball competitions.
