JULIA Montes and Alden Richards will be starring in a new romance drama movie entitled “Five Break-ups and a Romance” to be directed and written by Irene Emma Villamor.
Despite her long hiatus from showbiz, Montes is happy with the new role given to her, claiming that this is the right project for her. The actress also stated that even if they only have two days of shooting the movie, she already feels the friendship and bond that was created within the set.
Julia Montes was surprised at how Richards carries the scene and puts life on a character that he is portraying. When interviewed during a media conference, Richards says that “I don’t know, for some reasons, sakit ko na ito noon pa, e. When I play a character, I am the character.”
Montes also has the same mindset when it comes to acting, she added.
Both of them were comfortable and happy of their pairing, with Richards sayin he was overwhelmed when he found out he will be paired with Montes.
Richards is also known as the lead actor in the highest grossing Filipino film in 2019, “Hello, Love, Goodbye” together with Kathryn Bernardo.
Montes said that the movie will give the fans and the audience realizations when it comes to love and it will also show the complications of falling in love.
As of now, there is no exact date yet on the movie’s premiere.
