Eleazar names new Western Visayas, IMEG chiefs

PHILIPPINE National Police (PNP) Chief, Police General Guillermo Eleazar, named three more senior police officials to key positions in the organization.

Police Brigadier General Oliver Enmodias was appointed as the new head of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group (IMEG).

The IMEG is the PNP’s operating unit tasked to implement the PNP internal disciplinary policy against irregularities, corruption and abuse by police personnel.

PBGen. Enmodias replaced Police Brigadier General Flynn Dongbo, who was designated as the new Regional Director of Police Regional Office 6 in Western Visayas, vice Police Brigadier General Rolando Miranda who retires today.

Meanwhile, Police Colonel Leumar Abugan is named Acting Deputy Director for Administration, the second highest position in the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG).

PBGen. Enmodias was the former second in command of the CIDG as Deputy Director for Administration.

All new designations will take effect today, November 10, 2021.
