Cebuana Lhuillier Bank (CL Bank) has gained international recognition after its flagship Iponventure campaign received a Bronze Stevie® Award for Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year at the International Business Awards (IBA). The accolade highlights the bank’s efforts in making saving accessible, practical, and sustainable for millions of Filipinos.

Alongside this tool, the bank offers Micro Savings Accounts that require only a ₱50 initial deposit to open. This feature lowers one of the most common barriers to traditional banking, allowing even low-income families to begin their savings journey. The program is further strengthened by the Cebuana 24k Rewards Program, a free loyalty initiative that provides incentives for using CL Bank’s financial services, encouraging clients to save more while enjoying tangible benefits.

In 2024 alone, the Iponventure initiative helped open more than 1.1 million new Micro Savings accounts, while balances among IPONBOX users continued to rise.
