Converge bolsters enterprise, SME push with senior leadership hires

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is strengthening its push into the enterprise and small- and medium-sized business segments with the appointment of seasoned executives, as the company accelerates its shift from a pure fiber broadband provider into a broader technology player.

The expansion comes as demand grows among large corporations and industry players for more advanced digital and connectivity solutions. Converge has been ramping up its business-to-business offerings, highlighted by the launch of its Converge Global Business headquarters in November, signaling a sharper focus on enterprise clients.

Leading the enterprise strategy is Grace Jarin-Castillo, a veteran executive known for building corporate data businesses in developed markets. Jarin-Castillo brings more than 35 years of experience in enterprise business development, including over a decade focused on solution-based selling to top-tier enterprises. Her background spans data center services, managed services, cloud and hosted solutions, mobility, and other value-added offerings for enterprise and wholesale customers.

At the same time, Converge has tapped Dindo Marzan to lead its SME Business Group, underscoring the company’s intent to deepen its reach among small and mid-sized firms. Marzan has more than 20 years of experience developing and scaling technology platforms across emerging and developed markets.

Before joining Converge, Marzan served as chief operating officer of BayaniPay, where he helped scale the Los Angeles-based fintech startup to $200 million in gross transaction value and led its expansion across North America. In his new role, he is tasked with driving revenue growth, forging strategic partnerships, and strengthening Converge’s position in the SME market. His previous leadership roles include stints at True Digital Group, Voyager Innovations, ABS-CBN, Globe Telecom, and Mozcom.

Converge has also reinforced its leadership bench on the people side, appointing Mylene Sardinia as a C-level executive overseeing People and Culture. Sardinia, who joined the company in October 2025, has more than 25 years of experience in human capital strategy, business transformation, and organizational development across the BPO, HR outsourcing, and media sectors.

Prior to Converge, Sardinia served as chief people officer and senior director for operations at Business Process Outsourcing International, a pioneer in HR and finance and accounting outsourcing.

Together, the leadership additions reflect Converge’s broader strategy to invest in talent as it builds out its capabilities beyond connectivity and positions itself as a full-fledged technology solutions provider.
