Global customer experience (CX) leader Foundever® has launched “Safe Space,” a new internal engagement series in the Philippines aimed at fostering an inclusive, empathetic, and values-driven workplace. The initiative invites employees to participate in open discussions on identity, allyship, and belonging, strengthening the company’s long-standing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
The Safe Space series is an evolution of Foundever’s earlier “She Speaks” initiative and is now spearheaded by the company’s employee resource groups (ERGs): Pride at Foundever, Women at Foundever, and Disability at Foundever. Each ERG leads monthly sessions that focus on topics relevant to their respective communities, encouraging intersectional conversations and deeper employee engagement.
The pilot episode, hosted by Pride at Foundever, spotlighted the importance of LGBTQIA+ allyship and friendships in cultivating psychologically safe work environments. Leaders and team members shared personal experiences on how authenticity and inclusion enhance workplace well-being.
The second installment of the series, organized by Women at Foundever, addressed the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH), further underscoring the initiative’s mission of nurturing respectful and inclusive environments.
As more episodes are planned throughout the year, Safe Space is poised to become a cornerstone of Foundever’s internal culture strategy — demonstrating the company’s proactive stance in building a supportive, inclusive workplace for all.
