Manila, Philippines – Former President Rodrigo Duterte was arrested upon his arrival at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) on the morning of March 11, 2025, following an official warrant issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC).
According to a statement from the Philippine government, INTERPOL Manila received an official copy of the arrest warrant from the ICC in the early hours of the day.
