Manila, Philippines — The Philippines will proudly host the next Open Government Partnership (OGP) Asia-Pacific Regional Meeting from February 5 to 7, 2025.
The event will bring together heads of state, government leaders, civil society representatives, international organizations, and policymakers from across the region to promote democratic practices and accelerate progress toward more open, transparent, and accountable governance.
The meeting will feature a dynamic agenda, including high-level ministerial sessions, interactive breakout discussions, networking opportunities, and side events designed to foster collaboration and innovation in governance reforms.
Secretary Amenah “Mina” F. Pangandaman, Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary and Chairperson of the Philippine Open Government Partnership (PH-OGP), called on regional leaders and stakeholders to actively participate in this landmark event.
“I hope you join us in making this the most dynamic, fruitful, and memorable OGP Regional Summit,” Pangandaman said.
The Open Government Partnership (OGP) is a global multi-stakeholder initiative that includes 75 countries and 150 local governments, representing over two billion people.
It works alongside thousands of civil society organizations to advocate for governance that is transparent, participatory, inclusive, and accountable.
