PINURI ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. ang tatlong opisyal ng Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) na kinilala ng Philippine Military Academy (PMA) sa taunang Alumni Homecoming nito sa Fort Del Pilar sa Baguio City kamakailan.

Si PCG Commandant, CG Admiral Artemio Abu ay tumanggap ng Outstanding Achievement Award sa kanyang pagkakatalaga bilang Coast Guard Commandant noong Marso 1, 2022.

Tumanggap naman ng Cavaliers Academic Heroes Award si CG Deputy Commandant for Operations, CG Vice Admiral Rolando Lizor Punzalan Jr., para sa pagsisilbi bilang PCG Task Force Bayanihan Returning Overseas Filipinos (TFBROF) Commander sa gitna ng COVID-19 pandemic.

Kinilala rin si Chief of Coast Guard Staff, CG Commodore Tito Alvin Andal na tumanggap ng Cavalier Award for Coast Guard Operation para sa kanyang exemplary Coast Guard service.

I would like to congratulate this year’s awardees for your exemplary performance of your respective duties. Let the exemplary work be emulated and ignite a desire for service in our young cadets. Inspire them once more to become leaders of character,” sabi ng Pangulong Marcos.

Stay true to the ideals and values—such as INTEGRITY, SERVICE BEFORE SELF, AND PROFESSIONALISM— that you have gained from the Academy that everyone should innately possess as public servants,” dagdag pa ng Pangulo.
