SUBIC BAY FREEPORT – Port of Subic Collector Maritess T. Martin has successfully finished the PGS Proficiency Stage – Revalida with a Gold Award after having a total score of 97.9.
During the Initiation, Compliance, and now Proficiency Stage – Revalida, Collector Martin bagged all Gold Awards.
The PGS is a significant tool of good governance reform promoting the efficient delivery of services and the establishment of a positive climate for market institutions.
It also calls for effective, sustained, and systematic contributions from individuals and institutions for the common good of their institution or community and of the Philippines as well as the long term development of the Filipino.
“My heartfelt gratitude to my whole Revalida Team headed by our Senior OSM, Atty. Aileen Amada-Tortoles for all their efforts and support in assisting me in the entire process.
This only proves that the Bureau of Customs is not hopeless, but rather committed in this transformation.
