PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte stands by his belief that the country’s next leader should not be afraid to die and be prepared to kill to be able to fully eradicate the illegal drug menace in the country.
He sees a strong and courageous leader of the nation as the best solution to finally put a stop to the operations of illegal drugs groups.
In an interview, the president said that if the next leader will not be able to continue his aggressive campaign against illegal drugs, it will be another problem for the Filipino.
He cannot say for now if illegal drugs operations won’t make a comeback but the next leader of the country should really be brave enough to directly confront the syndicates behind the illegal drugs operations.
The president insisted that he is not trying to be brave and not afraid to die because he believes that there will be an end to all of these problems.
