THE government reported that almost 1.8-million individuals were vaccinated against COVID-19 during the Bayanihan Bakunahan Part 3 that was held recently.
Meanwhile, more than 150,000 kids in the 5-11 year-old category were vaccinated against COVID-19 during the ongoing Resbakuna Kids campaign
In a press briefing in Malacanang, Department of Health Spokesperson and Undersecretary Ma. Rosario Vergeire said that from this number, more than 337,000 received their first dose of the vaccine.
On the other hand, more than 758,000 got their second dose, while over 655, 000 got their booster shot.
Overall, around 132 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines have already been administered nationwide.
Of this number, 61.6 million are already fully vaccinated, while 9.1 million received their booster shot.
