PART three of the Bayanihan Bakunahan National Vaccination Days will push through next week according to the national government.
During the Laging Handa public briefing, National Vaccination Operations Center (NVOC) Chairperson and Department of Health Undersecretary Myrna Cabotaje announced that the National Vaccination Days Part 3 will be launched next week on Thursday and Friday, February 10-11, 2022.
According to Cabotaje, the mass vaccination will be conducted in the entire country to emphasize on the administration of the first first dose for the unvaccinated, including individuals due for their booster shots.
Cabotaje admitted that the vaccination rate is still low, particularly for the A2 and A3 sectors, which is still only at 60 percent.
For Bakunahan Bayanihan Part 3, priority will be given to areas that need additional boost in order to increase their vaccination coverage for senior citizens.
