The Mandaluyong city government today announced that its regular and casual employees received their salary increase yesterday, March 15, under the Salary Standardization Law, which was approved by President Rodrigo Duterte last January 8, 2020.
The release of the second tranche was announced by Mayor Menchie Abalos herself during the morning program last Monday at the City Hall Executive Building.
A budget of almost P100 million was allotted by the city government for the implementation of the mentioned salary increase.
In addition, regular employees also received their clothing allowance equivalent to P6,000.
