Seller’s Hub @ 6 is Growing, Nurturing, and Changing the Landscape of Work and Business

In recent years, we have seen a growing number of young CEOs that are exceeding expectations and breaking the boundaries of the traditional corporate world. In the Philippines, a young CEO by the name of BK Rivera has been influencing fellow Millennials and Gen Z’s to live, work and play differently and happily – just one of the many ingredients behind the success of his company, Seller’s Hub, Inc.

Since its incorporation in 2017, Seller’s Hub has been making waves and breaking norms not only in e-commerce platforms but also in the local corporate world. With almost 100 employees now under its wings, Seller’s Hub takes pride in carrying out its “IDOL” vision, which was rooted in the ideals of Integrity, Driven, Ownership, and Learner.

“With 6 years of experience managing Seller’s Hub, I’m envisioning our Company to continuously grow and become a part of every Filipino’s life that can provide them not only products that they need in their everyday life, but also an opportunity to learn and grow at the same time,” Rivera shared.

The Building Foundation

In its six years of operation, Seller’s Hub has grown its market coverage in the e-commerce platform paving way for local employment and partnerships to grow. Branded as an “e-com enabler”, the Company has showcased a unique market proposition and strategic approach despite being in the provincial town of General Trias in Cavite.

“Seller’s Hub has created a unique environment for its people providing its employees an opportunity to voice out their opinions while being focused on our collective goal. The camaraderie among each member of the Company has created a culture of transparency and sense of ownership that make each one of us more determined to grow and prosper,” said Mark Antony Tan, 29 years old, Director of Sales Operation, 6 years in Seller’s Hub. Inc.

From its apartment-type headquarters in 2017, Seller’s Hub has grown its footprint and is currently housing a more conducive office space in General Trias, Cavite. Nestling its Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Sales, and Logistics Departments, Seller’s Hub is now eyeing to expand to more provincial areas in the Philippines where it could exponentially grow its reach.

“Through the guidance of BK, our IDOL, we’ve managed to weather some of the challenges as a start-up company and we were able to showcase a new facet of the e-commerce industry in the Philippines where people can take part in its growth while enjoying our working environment and added benefits,” added Khengie Bernales, 25 years old, Logistics Supervisor, 6 years in Seller’s Hub. Inc.

A Nurturing Ground

While Rivera was able to finish his college degree at the Lyceum of the Philippines, he is proud to share that Seller’s Hub has been a nurturing ground for many of his colleagues who weren’t privileged enough to finish their studies.

“At Seller’s Hub, we hire members based on their intellectual bandwidth, their common sense, and their IQ. Each member’s goal is to accomplish their scorecard, so regardless of their educational attainment if you possessed our IDOL ideals and accomplish your daily goal, there’s a better chance for you to get hired, be recognized, and receive additional incentives,” Rivera added.

Seller’s Hub takes pride in nurturing its people, regardless of position, through continuous learning. From the Core Culture program to inculcate Company’s DNA, to Technical Competency, and Leadership Education, the Company commits to heavily investing in its people’s learning capacity that will be beneficial to the Company’s growth.

With further plans of expanding the Company, Seller’s Hub is continuously growing its talent pool. The Company is also targeting to expand its list of brand partners, both domestic and international, to cater more essential and in-demand products to its growing market here and abroad.
