Secretary Mark Villar of Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) inspected the 6 kilometer of Cavite-Laguna Expressway Sub Section 5 (Santa Rosa to Silang East Interchange) in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

The construction is the continuation of operational 10km Laguna Segment of Cavite- Laguna Expressway or CALAX.

Villar targeted to finish the 42-kilometer full project by 2022. He said,” Tahimik lang ako, tuloy lang ako sa aking ginagawa, di na ako magsasalita”.

One of the departments’ biggest project is the 2-kilometer long San Juanico Bridge in Tacloban City, the longest bridge in the country which connects the twin island of Leyte and Samar and part of the Build, Build, Build Program of Pres. Rodrigo Duterte.
