The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) reported the arrest of 10 station-level Most Wanted Persons (MWPs) in a string of Manhunt Charlie operations conducted by various police units and stations.
QCPD Deputy District Director for Administration and Officer-in-Charge PCOL Randy Glenn Silvio said the arrests were carried out from August 9 to 12, 2025, targeting suspects with pending warrants for crimes ranging from qualified theft and illegal drugs to child abuse, syndicated illegal recruitment, and robbery with homicide.
Among those apprehended were:
Alias “Noel” – No. 10 MWP of La Loma Police Station (PS 1), arrested in Brgy. San Isidro Labrador, QC for qualified theft.
Alias “Edward” – No. 9 MWP of Masambong Police Station (PS 2), arrested in Jala-Jala, Rizal for violation of R.A. 9165; with prior drug cases in 2018 and 2023.
Alias “Ruben” – No. 1 MWP of Fairview Police Station (PS 5), arrested at Manila City Jail for two counts of violation of R.A. 7610 (child abuse).
Alias “Dansthel” – No. 9 MWP of PS 5, arrested in Brgy. Sauyo, QC for four counts of B.P. 22 (bouncing checks).
Alias “Maricel” – No. 1 MWP of Project 4 Police Station (PS 8), arrested at BJMP Female Dormitory, Pasig City for syndicated illegal recruitment; with prior estafa and large-scale illegal recruitment cases.
Alias “Mark” – No. 8 MWP of Eastwood Police Station (PS 12), arrested in Makati City for three counts of lascivious conduct.
Alias “Narding” – No. 7 MWP of Payatas Bagong Silangan Police Station (PS 13), arrested in Brgy. Payatas, QC for violation of R.A. 9165.
Alias “Alinor” – No. 3 MWP of Holy Spirit Police Station (PS 14), arrested at New Bilibid Prison for murder.
Alias “Raymond” – No. 9 MWP of Project 6 Police Station (PS 15), arrested at BJMP Pasay City Jail for robbery; with prior case for violation of R.A. 7832.
Alias “Daniel” – No. 2 MWP of PS 15, arrested at Binangonan Municipal Jail for robbery with homicide; with prior drug cases in 2020 and 2024.
Silvio lauded the operatives for their intensified campaign against wanted criminals.
“Ang pagkakaaresto sa mga suspek ay malinaw na patunay ng ating adhikaing gawing ligtas at payapa ang ating kalsada para sa ating mga kababayan,” he said.
