AN estimated P102 million worth of shabu was confiscated while two Chinese nationals were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Malate, Manila Monday evening.
Arrested wre Bin Hu, 42 years old, single, from Hunan, China and residing at Ecoland Phase 1, Matina, Davao City, Davao del Sur, and Jiankang Liang, 40 years old, single and also from Hunan, China, a consultant and a resident of 1329-A Filmore St. corner Gil Puyat Ave., Palanan, Makati City.
Based on the report, around 6:45 p.m. when joint operatives from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office-National Capital Region-Manila District Office (PDEA RO-NCR MDO) and the Manila Police District (MPD) Station 9 conducted a buy-bust operation at the CCP Bay Terminal, Parking Lot, Brgy 720, Malate, Manila that resulted in the arrest of the two Chinese nationals.
Recovered from the suspects were 15 kilos of suspected shabu with a street value of P102 million, a cellphone and buy-bust money.
