On Instagram, Tuesday, Filipino actor Oyo Boy Sotto shared a set of photos showing himself together with his wife, actress Kristine Hermosa-Sotto, and their new born baby, Vitorrio Isaac.
“Aug. 3, 2021, 11:47 p.m. Lord Jesus maraming salamat (Thank you very much)! You are faithful!” Sotto wrote atop his caption.
The healthy baby boy is named after his father whose real name is Vittorio Mari Bonnevie Sotto, taking his first name and adding Isaac instead.
The 37-year-old actor believes God had a “perfect timing” to give another “answered prayer” that completes their family even more. “Perfect timing ka talaga Lord, nakapagtrabaho pa ako kaninang umaga,” (You really had perfect timing Lord, I still got to work this morning.) he added.
While Sotto welcomed his fifth child, the actor also extended gratitude to his family and friends who—along with them—expected an additional playmate of their sons Kaleb Hanns, Kristian Daniel, Marvic Valentin, and their only daughter Ondrea Bliss.
Showbiz colleagues Luigi Muhlach, Ara Mina, Ryan Agoncillo, Regine Tolentino, and many more left positive comments under the actor’s post. On top of such were congratulatory messages from his sister, Danica Sotto, and his cousins Ciara and Gian Sotto.
“We love you guys so much! Thank you Lord for keeping you safe. Congratulations,” Danica expressed.
“Congrats! Hope to see all of you soon,” Ciara wrote.
“Congratulations ‘Yo! Another beautiful Blessing from God!” Gian also asserted.
The celebrity couple had been hoping to have a baby girl since the day they first announced in December 2020 that they were expecting another child. It was only March 2021 that they learned and was able to reveal that it is a boy, saying they remain grateful regardless of their child’s sex.
