THE Philippine National Police (PNP) announced that over 300 areas nationwide are now under granular lockdown.
The number has already reached 372 from the previous 206 recorded yesterday, based on the latest tally released by the PNP.
The National Capital Region (NCR) leads with the most areas under granular lockdown with 103.
Central Luzon is next with 57 while the Calabarzon area comes next with 32.
Based on latest data, a total of 1,308 individuals were affected by the granular lockdown.
The PNP will continue to monitor areas under lockdown to maintain security and strict implementation of health protocols.
