THE National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) filed a case with the Department of Justice (DOJ) against those who allegedly disseminated the supposedly fake “polvoron video” of President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr.
This was confirmed by NBI Director Jaime Santiago following a statement from Malacañang that stated that they will leave to the DOJ and the NBI the filing of a complaint against those spreading said video online.
“We have already filed the case regarding that matter –malaman niyo kapag lumabas na yung resolution –we have already filed the case,” pahayag ni Santiago.
It can be recalled that a resource speaker pointed to former presidential spokesperson Atty. Harry Roque as the one behind the circulation of the video during a recent Tri-Comm hearing at the House of Representatives.
Santiago said this revelation will be used as an angle as evidence revealed during the Tri-Comm hearing.
