Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC)—concessionaire of NLEX, SCTEX, NLEX Connector, CAVITEX, CALAX, and CCLEX—is rolling out its robust “Biyaheng Arangkada Semana Santa 2025” motorist assistance program from April 16 to 21, 2025. For CAVITEX, the program is being implemented in partnership with the Philippine Reclamation Authority through PEA Tollway Corporation.
This road safety initiative is designed to ensure a comfortable, safe, and stress-free journey across MPTC’s expressway network during the Holy Week travel rush, which is expected to bring a 10% increase in vehicle volume.
“MPTC’s role during Holy Week goes beyond traffic management. ‘Biyaheng Arangkada Semana Santa’ reflects our commitment to delivering a seamless, secure travel experience for families reconnecting during this season,” said MPTC President and CEO Jose K. Ma. Lim.

Visit service centers if your RFID is unreadable.
