Nagsimula na ang pamahalaang lungsod ng Navotas ng pamamahagi ng financial assistance sa kanilang constituents na lubos na naapektuhan ng enhanced community quarantine (ECQ).
Base sa payroll ng Bayanihan 1 Social Amelioration Program (SAP), ang Navotas ay may 27,905 beneficiaries.
Ang master list para sa iba pang beneficiary groups kabilang ang mga waitlisted para sa SAP, solo parents, persons with disability, at iba pang nasa ilalim pa rin ng deduplication process.
“For this week, we intend to distribute the P1,000-P4,000 cash aid to 10,309 Navoteño families. We have set up five distribution venues to ensure that everyone will be accommodated and served promptly,” ani Mayor Toby Tiangco.
“We have posted in our social media account the partial list of beneficiaries in the master list. We will also post regular updates on how many have received their cash assistance,” dagdag niya.
Ang unang batch ng mg tatanggap ng cash aid ay kinabibilangan ng mga residente ng barangay Bagumbayan North at South, Bangkulasi, Navotas East at West, San Jose, San Roque, Tanza 1 at Tanza 2.
Nasa P119,871,000 ang tinanggap ng Navotas mula sa national government para sa financial assistance program.
