A TOTAL of 844 day-care parents in the towns of upper and lower Mariveles in the province of Bataan received orientation regarding the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers or TUPAD and EduChild Programs recently.

The TUPAD program is a government initiative that aims to provide emergency employment and livelihood opportunities to those who are in dire need. The EduChild Program, on the other hand, is a special project that focuses on the education and development of young children.

During the orientation, the attendees were briefed on the objectives and benefits of the said programs. Mariveles Mayor AJ Concepcion emphasized that the local government’s priority is to ensure the welfare of its constituents, especially during these challenging times.

We are grateful for the support of our partners in the government, who are always ready to help us achieve our goals. These programs will greatly benefit our Day Care Parents, who are among the most vulnerable sectors in our community,” Mayor Concepcion said.
