LeBron-less Lakers upset star-studded Nets

The Los Angeles Lakers imposed their might as the depending NBA champions as they dismantled the star-studded Brooklyn Nets today, 126-101.

Lakers, considered the underdog in the game, did this without superstars LeBron James and Anthony Davis who are both out for weeks due to injuries.

The upset win by the LA was bannered by strong performances from center Andre Drummond with a double-double performance of 20 points and 11 rebounds and guard Dennis Schröder who complied 19 points and 4 assists.

For the Brooklyn side, former league MVP Kevin Durant scored 22 and was supported by All-Star guard Kyrie Erving with 18.
