LeBron, Lakers are one win away to the NBA Finals

LeBron James is a win a way to another trip to the NBA finals after scoring 26 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists for a 114-108 Los Angeles Lakers win over the Denver Nuggets.

The Lakers are currently leading the best-of-seven series with a 3-1 advantage in the Western Conference Finals. The winner of the series will face the Eastern Conference champions. The Miami Heat are also with a 3-1 edge over the Boston Celtics.

The Nuggets, in order to pull-off a another historic run to reserve the disadvantage, needs to win three straight games. This is something they have done twice this month over the Utah Jazz and the Los Angeles Clippers. In the history of the NBA, only the Nuggets has done feat of rising from the grave twice in a single playoffs tournament.

James’teammate and fellow superstar Anthony Davis led all scorers with 34 points. Jamal Murray made 32 points to drive the Denver in a late game rally that fell short.

Game 5 of the series will happen this Sunday at 9:00am (Manila time)
