MORE than P150,000.00 worth of illegal drugs were seized by agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and Station Drug Enforcement Group of the Mariveles Police during a raid in Bataan.
However, the target of the operation John Cristobal, a high value drug personality in the area manages to escaped and never to be found.
According to report, PDEA agents raided the house of Cristobal in Barangay Townsite by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Maria Christina Mendoza-Pizarro.
Authorities found inside Cristobal’s hideout were several sachets containing shabu which said to be worth P152,000.00 and drug paraphernalia.
Police said Cristobal fled towards a farm soon enough before the authorities with k-9 drug sniffing arrived at his house.
But Cristobal’s parents denied the allegation that their son was a notorious drug pusher.
