Concentrix recently launched its new brand identity at the company’s annual Family Day event. The exciting reveal took place during a spectacular drone show, solidifying Concentrix’s position as a leader in the customer experience (CX) industry.

The Family Day celebration, known as the #OneFAMNation Musicfest, is the Philippines’ largest employee-focused multi-event series. This year’s event was one of eleven location-based celebrations held nationwide, attracting thousands of Concentrix employees and their families. The festive atmosphere was further amplified by a concert featuring popular Filipino bands.

“We prioritize both our clients and our employees,” said Amit Jagga, EVP and Country Leader for Concentrix, emphasizing the company’s commitment to both. “This combination of launching the company’s new logo in a first-of-its-kind drone activation within an annual company tradition is a significant milestone.”

The awe-inspiring drone show served as a testament to Concentrix’s innovative spirit, seamlessly blending cutting-edge technology with entertainment to create a lasting impression on its employees. Concentrix’s new brand positioning underscores its commitment to a “human-centered, tech-powered and intelligence-fueled” approach.

A media roundtable discussion held alongside the celebratory event explored Concentrix’s unique perspective on Artificial Intelligence (AI). The company boasts one of the industry’s most comprehensive blends of tech-powered and AI-infused services. This expertise is built upon a deep understanding of human behavior, data intelligence, and world-class digital engineering.

Jagga elaborated on Concentrix’s role in shaping the future of CX. “We are proud to offer our expertise and use public opportunities to discuss tech-driven transformation and its positive contributions to the CX industry and careers for our workforce,” he said. He further explained how Concentrix utilizes AI to leverage the strengths of both humans and machines, ultimately aiming to “accelerate processes, drive better experiences for our clients and their customers, and improve performance and satisfaction for our employees.”
