SEVENTEEN barangays in Bataan province were again provided with their own service vehicles in delivering public services to their constituents in needs not only in this time of pandemic but calamities as well.
Bataan Governor Abet Garcia led the simple turn-over and blessing ceremonies of the 17 units of Toyota Hilux pick up vehicles at the provincial capitol in Balanga City that will be distributed each in 17 barangays in the said city.
Witnessing the events were Bataan 2nd District Representative Joet Garcia, Vice Gov. Cris Garcia and Provincial Planning and Development Officer Engr. Butch Baluyot.
The brand-new vehicles personally entrusted to the Punong Barangays who have completed and submitted the first phased of their Barangay Development Masterplan in greatly helping their constituents.
“Please expect this distribution to be followed in the coming days when other barangays have completed the necessary data to complete their Barangay Development Masterplan,” Governor Garcia said.
