“JULIAN” was upgraded to tropical storm category at 2:00 PM today. This tropical cyclone will continuously intensify throughout the forecast period. It is forecast to reach severe tropical storm category by tomorrow afternoon and typhoon category by Sunday morning,” ayon sa PAGASA.

“The raising of Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal is unlikely throughout the forecast period. Furthermore, “JULIAN” is less likely to directly cause high impact weather over the country,” dagdag abiso ng weather bureau.

“The Southwest Monsoon is forecast to bring moderate to rough seas (1.2 to 3.4 m) over the northern and western seaboards of Northern Luzon. Those with small seacrafts are advised to take precautionary measures while venturing out to sea,” batay pa sa severe weather bulletin.
