THE COVID-19 pandemic has affected many people regardless of economic or financial situations, which made more people become aware of the importance of managing their finances, especially during times like this where everything is still unsure.
This is probably one of the reasons why Fil-Croatian actor Mark Neumann chose to become a financial professional, a new career milestone which he recently announced via Instagram.
The 27-year old celebrity revealed on social media that he has been working as a financial consultant for the past two years.
In a recent Instagram post, the ABS-CBN star talked about his two-year journey as a financial coach.
“From client to financial consultant. It has been two years since I started my journey as a Licensed Financial Professional at Insular Life,” Neumann explained.
“In this journey, many things have opened my mind about financial literacy that I have always loved to share to my friends and loved ones,” he added.
According to Mark, guiding his family and friends to achieve financial security has been a humbling experience.
He continued, “Some may surprise you and a lot may open up new opportunities in life.”
“Whatever it is, sitting down with my friends and clients to discuss market trends and the current market outlook for good investment opportunities as well as helping them in ‘making a good move’ towards their financial goals ‘InLife’ have always been so fruitful,” he said.
At the end of his post, Mark advised his Instagram followers to seek professional guidance on managing their finances, especially during these uncertain times.
Mark wrote, “The things we do as financial professionals are also very timely considering the many uncertainties this pandemic has brought to Filipino families and individuals.”
He likewise encouraged all his Instagram followers to “talk to your trusted financial advisor to better defend your funds from further attacks from these uncertainties and plan what’s best for the coming months and years!“
Mark rose to fame after joining TV5’s artista search called Artista Academy, where he finished as a Top 6 finalist. He later moved to ABS-CBN in 2017 and appeared in several Kapamilya programs, including Maalaala Mo Kaya, ASAP, Wansapanataym, and La Luna Sangre.
