President Rodrigo Duterte arrived in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan to check on the flooding situation caused by Typhoon Ulysses.
The chief executive, together with Sen. Christopher “Bong” Go conducted aerial inspection in flooded areas in the Cagayan Valley and hold a briefing with government officials.
