Four drug personalities were arrested by agents of the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of the Caloocan City Police Station (CCPS) in an anti-drug bust operation which resulted to the confiscation of more than P3-million worth of illegal drugs.
The suspects were identified as Christian Jerico Sandoval aka “Jeric” 27 years old, online seller, of Block 6 Lot 4 Jillian Hills, Llano Caloocan City, and under ‘Watch listed’ as ‘illegal drug pusher’ in Barangay San Agustin, Novaliches, Quezon City; John Regala aka “Tom”, 25, residing at Block 14 Lot 22 Jillian Hills, Llano Caloocan City; Ronnel Marcos aka “Negneg” 21, student of 348 Gen. Luis St. Caybiga, Caloocan City and Bruce Dabillo aka “Bruce”, 22, a resident of no. 917 Tokyo St. Vista Verde, Caybiga, Caloocan City.
Both Regala, Marcos and Dabillo were tagged as newly identified pushers in the area.
According to report, elements of SDEU of the Novaliches Police Station 4 led by Capt. Dennis Francisco conducted anti-drug bust operation at Sandoval’s residence in Block 6 Lot 4 Jillian Hill in Barangay Llano past midnight of November 15, 2020.
Police managed to seized from the suspects possession including 23 bricks of dried marijuana wrapped in transparent plastic; another 41 ziplock containing suspected dried marijuana leaves; 1 roll transparent plastic wrapped with writings ‘Clamshell’ and marked money of P14,000.
Initial report said the estimated total weight of the confiscated marijuana was more or less 26 kilograms with a street value according to Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) of amounting to P3,120, 000. 00.
Suspects are now detained at Police Station 4 pending the filing of criminal offenses in violation of Sec. 5 & 11 Art. II of Republic Act 9165.
