Digital entertainment platform BingoPlus has launched its Delay Compensation Guarantee, offering eligible users up to P5,000 in compensation for withdrawals that exceed the prescribed processing time.
The new feature aims to provide customers with greater transparency and confidence when withdrawing funds through the BingoPlus app.
Under the program, eligible customers may receive compensation equivalent to 100 percent of their withdrawal amount, capped at P5,000 per transaction, if a qualifying Fast Withdrawal is not completed within the prescribed processing period.
The processing time varies depending on the withdrawal method and the VIP level of the customer.
For withdrawals through GCash, Maya, and Coins.ph, the compensation guarantee applies when processing exceeds five minutes. Bank card withdrawals are covered when processing takes more than 60 minutes, while users at VIP Level 6 and above qualify when their withdrawals exceed three minutes.
Customers can monitor the status of their withdrawals and check the applicable processing time directly through the BingoPlus app.
Once a qualifying withdrawal exceeds the prescribed period, a Delay Compensation notification will appear, allowing customers to submit their request by tapping the “Claim” button.
All compensation requests are subject to eligibility requirements and applicable terms and conditions.
BingoPlus said customer service and VIP concierge assistance are also available to help users address concerns involving their funds and withdrawals.
The company said the new guarantee forms part of its continuing efforts to improve the customer experience by making withdrawal transactions more transparent, secure, and reliable.
Additional improvements to customer service and VIP support are also planned in the coming months.
