McDonald’s Philippines is celebrating the first anniversary of MyMcDonald’s Rewards, the country’s first digital loyalty program in the quick service restaurant industry, with exclusive rewards, limited-edition merchandise, and new in-app activities aimed at enhancing customer engagement.
Introduced to reward customers for every purchase, MyMcDonald’s Rewards allows members to earn points that can be redeemed for free menu items, exclusive merchandise, and members-only perks through the McDonald’s App. The company said the program reflects its commitment to recognizing customer loyalty beyond traditional discounts by offering meaningful rewards for everyday dining.
As part of the anniversary celebration, McDonald’s Philippines will launch a limited-edition denim jacket that members can redeem beginning August 17, 2026. The commemorative jacket will be available for 1,200 reward points at 30 participating McDonald’s stores nationwide, while supplies last.
The company is also introducing special missions within the McDonald’s App that allow members to earn bonus points more quickly. In addition, the rewards catalog has been expanded to provide customers with more redemption options for their favorite menu items.
Beyond digital promotions, McDonald’s Philippines is rolling out a micro-drama series featuring relatable Filipino stories centered on everyday moments and customer loyalty. The campaign aims to strengthen the connection between the brand and its customers while reinforcing its focus on digital innovation and customer experience.
Customers can join MyMcDonald’s Rewards by downloading the official McDonald’s App, creating an account, and scanning their personal QR code with every qualifying purchase to earn points. As the program enters its second year, McDonald’s Philippines said it remains committed to delivering more rewarding experiences for its loyal customers.
