QUEZON CITY – The Quezon City Police District (QCPD), led by PCOL Melecio M. Buslig, Jr., through the Office of the District Executive Senior Police Officer (ODESPO) under PEMS Boy Clarito Blancad, conducted its first Consultative Meeting/Dialogue of 2025 with Executive Senior Police Officers (ESPOs) and Chief Clerks. The event took place at 7:30 AM at the QCPD Hinirang Social Hall, Camp Karingal, Quezon City.
The meeting featured NAPOLCOM Commissioner Atty. Rafael Vicente R. Calinisan as the resource speaker, emphasizing collaboration, integrity, and dedication in the QCPD’s efforts for the year ahead.
One of the program highlights was the presentation of the 2024 ODESPO Accomplishment Report through an engaging audio-visual presentation, which detailed the office’s notable achievements and contributions over the past year.
An open forum followed, fostering collaboration and aligning priorities for 2025. Commissioner Calinisan reiterated NAPOLCOM’s unwavering support for QCPD initiatives, encouraging officers to seek guidance when necessary and uphold the values of integrity and unity in their service.
The event was attended by key personnel, including members of the Command Group, D-Staff, OIC of DMFB, Station Commanders from PS 1-16, Chiefs of Offices, Force Executive Senior Police Officers (FESPO), Station Executive Senior Police Officers (SESPOs), Unit Executive Senior Police Officers (UESPOs), DHQ Chief Clerks, and representatives from C,NUPAS.
