ISANG grupo ng mga dayuhang ilegal na nagtatrabaho sa bansa ang pina-deport na ng Bureau of Immigration (BI).
Ang 34 na ilegal na dayuhan, na unang naaresto sa Royal Corporation Xisheng IT, Lucky South 99 Outsourcing, at Royal Park, ay nahaharap sa mga kasong undocumented alien, overstaying, working without proper visas or permits, at working for companies other than their petitioners.
Ang mga Chinese national ay dating naka-detine sa Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) facility matapos silang maaresto na ilegal na nagtatrabaho sa gaming operations.
“This deportation is a testament to the Bureau’s resolve in enforcing our immigration laws. We will continue to pursue operations like this to protect the country’s sovereignty and uphold the dignity of those victimized by these schemes,” ayon kay BI Commissioner Joel Anthony Viado.
Ang mga pina-deport ay nasa listahan na rin ng BI blacklist at hindi na sila pinapayagan pang muling makapasok ng bansa.
