“All of us felt the adverse impact of the strictest level of community quarantine last year and, as much as possible, we do not want a repeat. However, with the country’s daily cases reaching more than 10 thousand, and with Metro Manila as the epicenter of virus transmission, we have no choice but to implement stringent safety measures again,” ani Mayor Toby Tiangco.
“City hall personnel tasked to pack and distribute the relief packs are making all efforts to reach and extend help to all our constituents at the soonest. We ask for understanding since the goods cannot be distributed all at the same time. However, rest assured that extra efforts are being done to distribute them as quickly as possible,” ani Mayor Tiangco.
