A WOMAN was shot dead by a still unidentified suspect along M.H. del Pilar street, Barangay Geronimo in Rodriguez, Rizal.
In a report from Police Major Anne Torres, Public Information Officer of Police Regional Office 4-A, the shooting incident happened at around 7:40 this morning.
The victim, who is also unidentified, was driving a Toyota Hilux with plate number NDC 8711 along the direction going to Barangay Balite when she was ambushed and shot by the suspect.
Witnesses said they heard no less than nine gunshots.
Police investigation of the incident is still ongoing at this time.
