Typhoon “Haishen” (international name) has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Friday morning.
In a Twitter post, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the typhoon entered PAR at 9 a.m. on Monday and was given the name “Kristine.”
The weather bureau will give more details about the typhoon at 11 a.m.
