A TRICYCLE driver was dead after he was shot repeatedly at the portion of Zigzag Road, Brgy. San Jose, Antipolo City at around 6 a.m. today.
Antipolo City police investigators found the victim, whom they identified as Gervel Feliciano based on initial information, bloodied, bent over and seated at the tricycle he was riding and his body riddled with bullets.
Investigators are still trying to determine the motive in the shooting and killing of the victim.
There were no other people reported injured during the incident.
As of now, the police are still trying to determine the identity of the suspect or suspects, and what type of getaway vehicle they used.
The incident also caused a slight traffic jam in the area since the victim’s tricycle stopped in the middle of the highway, while the victim’s body was already removed from the crime scene.
