S&R filed a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) after being hit by a cyber-attack.
In a statement, the store condemned the attack and likewise advised their members who are regular shoppers that their contact information may have been compromised.
However, they assured their members that their credit card and financial information are all safe because these are protected by encryption measures.
For now, S&R said they continue to strengthen their IT system.
They also encouraged their members to coordinate with them via [email protected] for any inquiries.
