THE camp of SUV driver Jose Antonio Sanvicente who was involved in a hit-and-run incident on a security guard directing traffic in Mandaluyong, filed today his counter affidavit during the continuation of the preliminary investigation on the case.
On the second hearing of the preliminary investigation at the Mandaluyong City Prosecutor’s Office, Sanvicente, who did not show up during the first hearing, appeared today at the fiscal’s office together with his lawyer, Atty. Danny Macalino, who filed a counter affidavit in response to the frustrated murder and abandonment of one’s own victim charges filed against his client.
Meanwhile, Atty. Federico Biolena, lawyer of security guard Christian Floralde, who did not attend because he was not feeling well, was confident they will get a favorable decision because of the strong evidence they have.
He is expecting that the case will be resolved soon so that the court can issue a resolution against Sanvicente.
