The Quezon City Police District (QCPD), under the leadership of Police Colonel Randy Glenn G. Silvio, DDDA/OIC, successfully arrested 28 wanted individuals during its intensified ‘Warrant Day’ operation, conducted from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM on June 6, 2025, through the coordinated efforts of its various units and police stations.
Among those apprehended, nine were listed as Most Wanted Persons (MWPs) across different precincts:
The No. 3 MWP of La Loma Police Station (PS 1), known by the alias “Rolando,” 42, was arrested by joint operatives of the District Intelligence Division (DID) and PS 1 at 1:45 AM along Adriatico Street, Malate, Manila. He faces a Warrant of Arrest (WOA) for violating RA 10883 (New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016) issued by RTC Branch 282, Valenzuela City.
At 2:30 PM, joint operatives of the District Special Operations Unit (DSOU) and Holy Spirit Police Station (PS 14) nabbed “Krishna Ann,” 23, the No. 4 MWP of PS 14, inside McDonald’s Primark Kasiglahan, Montalban, Rizal. She is facing charges under RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) issued by RTC Branch 218, Quezon City.
The No. 1 MWP of Masambong Police Station (PS 2), alias “Edwin,” 49, was arrested at 12:10 AM in Brgy. Del Monte, Quezon City for a Murder case filed in RTC Branch 44, Masbate City.
PS 2 also served warrants against:
“Roland,” 44, No. 10 MWP, at 10:00 AM in Bataan District Jail, for violation of RA 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act).
“Paolo,” 31, No. 3 MWP, arrested at 1:00 PM in Tondo, Manila, for Murder, issued by RTC Branch 173, Manila.
Novaliches Police Station (PS 4) apprehended “Melvin,” 34, No. 10 MWP, at 8:20 AM in Sorsogon for Acts of Lasciviousness, under MeTC Branch 41, Quezon City.
Anonas Police Station (PS 9) arrested “Raffy,” 44, No. 8 MWP, at 10:30 AM in Quezon City, facing charges under RA 9165, RTC Branch 227.
Galas Police Station (PS 11) captured “Joseph,” 55, No. 6 MWP, in Pandacan, Manila at 10:00 AM, also for violation of RA 9165, RTC Branch 175, Manila.
Payatas-Bagong Silangan Police Station (PS 13) apprehended “Allan,” 44, No. 3 MWP, at 9:00 PM in front of Puregold, Brgy. Payatas, Quezon City, for a Murder case filed in RTC Branch 175, San Mateo, Rizal.
In addition to these high-profile arrests:
PS 14 made 5 arrests,
Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit (CIDU) made 4,
Batasan Police Station (PS 6) made 2,
DMFB, DACU, PS 1, PS 3, PS 5, PS 12, PS 13, and PS 15 made 1 each.
All issuing courts will be notified accordingly regarding the service of warrants.
