Police hauled P19-million marijuana in Angeles City drug bust

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- OPERATIVES of the Police Station 4-Angeles City Police Office (ACPO) were able to seized voluminous bricks of Marijuana worth more than P19-million and arrested two suspected drug pushers in a buy bust operation in Angeles City on Thursday.

Police Brig. General Valeriano De Leon, regional director for the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3), identified the suspects as Cris Ramos, 45 years old, a resident of 9 Sol P Bella, Imus, Cavite and Baby Girl Miguel, married and a resident of Sec 12 Lot 6 Blk 11 Phase 1, Paradahan 2 Tanza, Cavite.

The duo were arrested during a buy-bust operation conducted by operatives of Police Station 4-Angeles City Police Office along Clark Side gate Don Juico ave, Brgy Malabanias Angeles City.

Confiscated from their possession were 155 pieces of suspected dried marijuana bricks and 16 pieces vacuum sealed tube containing suspected dried marijuana stalks weighing 162kgs with an estimated value of P19,440,000.00, 1 piece one thousand peso marked money and one black Mitsubishi Xpander.

DE Leon also said that Central Luzon cops will continue its unwavering efforts to eradicate all forms of illegal drugs within the region while re-invigorating its anti-criminality campaigns at the same time.
