INDEPENDENT research group OCTA Research said the one-week growth rate of COVID-19 cases in the National Capital Region (NCR) is back to a negative percentage rate.
Dr. Guido David a fellow at OCTA Research, said the one-week growth rate in the NCR is now at -7 percent.
This came after the group noted only a slight growth in the number of COVID-19 cases last November 12.
The 7-day average cases in the region also went down from 407 to only 379 while the reproduction number is at 0.5.
The positivity rate, meanwhile, was only at 3 percent and is still expected to go down to about 2 percent this week.
