More Filipinos prefer health over money, romance — SWS

MAJORITY of Filipinos now prefer good health rather than money and romance or love, if the results of a survey is to be believed.

The results are based on a recent survey done by the Social Weather Stations (SWS) on 1,440 respondents conducted from December 12-16 last year.

The survey revealed that 57 percent of respondents preferred good health, 31 percent chose love, and 11 percent made money as their choice.

About 60 percent of the women believed that health is more important than money and love, while 40 percent of male respondents shared the same view.

Meanwhile, the survey also revealed that four out of five Filipinos, or 84 percent, they are more attracted to another person’s intelligence rather than physical appearance.

On the other hand, 88 percent of female respondents said they’d prefer their partner to have brains, while 81 percent of the males said a perfect woman is someone who is intelligent.

In the same survey, it pointed out that 53 percent of Filipinos are contented with their lovelife, 28 percent wanted more happiness in their love life while 18 percent revealed they have no lovelife.
